DISCover Your Leadership & Communication Style

Through interactive exercises and group discussions, I help participants understand their communication style and how to better communicate with individuals who have different styles. The workshop also covers topics such as leadership, conflict resolution, and team building, using the DISC framework as a guide. Participants will leave the workshop with practical tools and strategies to enhance their communication skills and leadership abilities.

The DISC leadership and communication workshop can benefit anyone who wants to improve their communication skills, build stronger relationships with colleagues, be a more effective coach for their team members, and become a more effective leader. This workshop is often used in corporate settings to help teams work more efficiently and collaboratively, but it is also beneficial for individuals who want to improve their communication and leadership skills in any context.

All participants will take the online Maxwell Method of DISC Personality & Behavioral Analysis assessment.  A 30-minute one on one debrief of your individual report will be scheduled to occur after the workshop session to give us an opportunity to dive into specific areas of interest, strengths and to begin to build a inidivualized personal development plan.
